We offer a variety of Open Adult Ballet Classes for all Levels, whether you’re brand new to ballet, returning to ballet or a seasoned dancer.

Adult Ballet
Monday – Intermediate/Advanced

This Class is geared towards Students with some ballet experience and who are proficient in technical concepts.

11:30am-12:00pm
Adult Pointe Students must take the Adult Ballet Class immediately before the Pointe class in order to take this class and get Instructor permission if they are new Pointe Students.

Minimum age 12 years old
Class designed for students who are new to ballet, returning to ballet or continuing their training. This class will provide an opportunity to gain a strong foundation of technique and learn the fundamentals of ballet. Moving at a slower pace, the focus is on ballet positions, vocabulary, technique, flexibility and proper alignment/placement. Students do Barre, Center, Adagio, Allegro, across the floor and combinations.
This class may be a pre-requisite to Leveled classes (Per Instructor request).
Teen & Adult Ballet is available as either a Drop in Class at $25 per class or $400 for the entire Semester.

Attire
Adult Ballet Students are welcome to wear whatever they are comfortable in such as leotards, tights, ballet skirt, dance pants, leggings, tank top.
We do recommend that you purchase quality ballet slippers from a dance supply store and wear your hair secured in a neat bun.
